OdinLake ErgoMax747

Concerning the chair (Ergo MAX 747), it’s comfortable, solid, and functions as described. I won’t go any further, there are other reviews you can reference. This review highlights OdinLake’s customer service. The chair, though packed well, arrived with a damaged switch. Unfortunately, it appeared that the shipper decided to bounce it all the way to my house. Having just experienced a similar situation with a company who left parts out of their packaging resulting in a month and counting wait for resolution, I wasn’t looking forward to having to deal with another. To my surprise, that was not the case. OdinLake’s customer service was quick to respond within hours and had a replacement part headed my way the following day. I couldn’t be happier with this level of customer service. Due to this alone, I will not hesitate to buy from OdinLake again. This experience has restored my faith in that there are companies out there that still believe in and back their products. As well built as the chair is, I don’t expect needing any further support any time soon. But if I do, I have confidence OdinLake will be there. So, if you’re contemplating about buying the 747, I say go for it. You won’t be disappointed in either the chair’s comfort, build, or operation, and as importantly, their customer service.

Finally, a perfect chair!

I’ve suffered many less than perfect office chairs over my life and at age 70, finally found the one that I’ve been looking for. I’ve been working on improving my posture and both my physical therapist and athletic trainer recommended getting an ergonomic office chair for when I am working in my office. After much research, I chose Odin for the available features and cost. I’ve now been using it for a week The adjustments are easy to use and the chair is comfortable. My posture while sitting in the chair is much improved. I’m happy with my purchase!

Nice and pricey

There’s a lot of adjustments that can be made to fit most anyone. Once you get it dialed in, it’s like a 0 G chair. Chair is pretty solid and wasn’t difficult to put together. Don’t care for the casters so I had some rollerblade type to swap with however, the stock caster post is a different size than standard (come on guys, really?) so I found that the plastic cap that comes on the included casters fit right onto the rollerblade caster and will hold them in the base so keep those caps just in case. Wife really likes it. I don’t care for mesh chairs personally but, it wasn’t for me.

A Perfect Chair for Working from Home

Working from home just becomes so much better with this Odinlake Chair - Ergo ART 643. I have a bad neck and back from a car accident back in September of last year and I hadn’t been able to sit and edit my photos or videos for too long. But now I can thank to this amazing chair. No neck or back pain or soreness at all and that’s a huge improvement for me.
