Laser stopped charging, then stopped working at all. Huepar customer support was superb, doing an online video analysis then sending full replacement unit.

Their lasers are priced right and have to functionality and features in line with the price being charged. I have been using their lasers for a couple of years now and each time I love the results and ease to setup straight and level lines for any project.

Customer service was amazing! Had an issue with a tripod I purchased and they took care of it faster then any other warranty issue I’ve had with any other company! I don’t normally write reviews but I wanted to share this experience! I received updates constantly and they wasted no time to get my issue resolved!

First i will say i have problems straying away from my favorite yellow brand but after having 3! $500 laser levels taken from jobs i went with a highly rated brand i found on amazon which happened to be huepar, i have been amazed by the durability and functionality of their tools i have since purchased a laser receiver since amd works like a charm! I tested this laser lavel with a 100' water level and it was spot on, incredible tools for affordable prices i will definitely be a huepar customer from this point on
