Loans Originated in Alabama, Arizona, Louisiana, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, and Virginia

PROPERTY: A completed Claim Form, photos of damaged item, and a fire report or police report (if applicable) are required to process a property claim.

INVOLUNTARY UNEMPLOYMENT: A completed Claim Form is required to process an involuntary unemployment claim.

LIFE: A completed Claim Form along with a death certificate with cause is required to process a life claim.

DISABILITY: A completed Claim Form is required to process a disability claim.

 

Loans Originated in Colorado, New Mexico, Nevada, Oklahoma, Mississippi, Florida and South Carolina

Cancellation of Insurance: For Property Insurance, a cancellation request will be honored once the customer provides proof of homeowners/renters insurance.

If cancellation is requested more than 30 days after the purchase date and before the account is paid in full or the insurance expires, the cancellation credit will be prorated.

Details: To request a cancellation, you may complete the Cancellation Form. Email the form and if applicable Proof of homeowners/renters insurance to connsinsurance@conns.zendesk.com.

Conn's does not charge, collect, or retain any portion of the non-refundable processing fee. You have the option to make a payment on your account without paying the third-party processing fee by enrolling in automatic payments, making a payment in store, or paying by cash, check, or ACH.
