No housekeeping—it’s a problem Sloppy hotel. Housekeeping did not come each of three days that we stayed. No fresh towels, unmade bed. Inhospitable. This seems to be more and more common that hotels skip housekeeping service. I expected more from Hilton, thinking it was a bit more old-school. Very disappointed.

Dirty Bathroom This place is dirty! I'm not sure if the last time that anyone has cleaned the bathroom. Our shower has pink all in the corners and tiles. Dirt by the base of the shower. I put a Kleenex up to the sink faucet and it had black gunk/mold all over it. Disgusting!!! Go elsewhere. It took about 20 minutes to check in due to having one employee at the front desk. Don't stay here! Rooms look deceiving and updated online. They are not.

No service If you stay here do not expect any level of basic service. They will not even help you bring bags to and from your room, which is challenging when you are traveling with kids. I would not recommend staying here. I’m very disappointed with the experience.

Awesome experience! Enas went out of the way to accommodate my request to switch rooms. Great customer service! Highly recommended it. Great location as well. Walking distance from IHOP, mall and other shopping areas. It’s a central location to many places. Clean.

Celebration Anniversary June, 2024-My parents celebrated their 50th Wedding Anniversary in the Monaco Ballroom on the top floor. Beautiful views, delicious food, gorgeous aesthetic. Everyone had so much fun. Thanks to the service and incredible help of Maureen, Gorashi, and all the hotel staff. Maureen helped with the planning stages months before. She was very easy to communicate with/contact and made our family feel so welcome and at ease. Gorashi was available every second of the party and accommodated our needs throughout the night. These coordinators are so pleasant and professional that our experience leading from the planning stages to the event was smooth and easy going. Thank you for your kindness being so personal! The junior suite provided for the night was amazing! So clean, cozy, and spacious!
