Not good in this resort from the 1201 room I was stolen 800 euros. I went to the reception and nobody noticed me. and more I was very badly told by a boy there. I have been in the Dominican area several times but I would never go to this resort.

extremely terrible It's the first time I visited ifa and it's the first time I was so disappointed in a place, the service is terrible, people treat you with a lot of disrespect and refer to you as crazy person and say with no respect get you out of the places anin the whole hotel there have only been 3 people who have treated me as a person and of them I remember Altagracia and Barbara from the Dominican coffee, but also a guy works in the lobby and he is called Ebran and Wilkin who should be working on a farm, with chickens and horses, apparently 90% of the people who work on the property do not even know the definition of service, housekeeper has better concept than reception and most of the people who work for the guest of what is service and education, it is a pity that a hotel that is about to grow so much has people who instead of doing a Plus, make a less so great of, I witnessed a bell boy talking badly about the people with whom I was walking, and the one called ruffo saying with a tremendous pussy that they leave the nightclub and Miss Dominga the hostes who addresses the people with a rude tone and disrespect , the restaurant almost stopped us from a table and honestly they have been the worst vacasiones of my life and I regret in the soul of not having gone to another AMresorts.

Family Vacation .The hotel food was repetitive and the coffee was terrible, they had no cream or half&half. .They didn't put alcohol in the drinks unless you ask for it and they don't tell you that you have to ask for it. .The room was small and one could barely fit in the shower.
