unprofessional staff, avoid this hotel I booked room for my guests online, when they checked in and checked out, the hotel did not charge them, but to charge me. I never showed up at check in nor did I touch the room keys, the hotel declined to correct their mistakes!

Great breakfast. No windows in the restaurant or lounge. No sun on the pool terrace. The breakfast is really good. The restaurant and lounge are located in the center of the lobby with no windows. This makes for quite a gloomy setting. We would recommend that administration and reception desk be put in the center and the restaurant and lobby be put so they may have daylight. The pool is located to the north of the building so there is practically no sun

Outdated and Overpriced Courtyard Property Stayed here for 4 nights on a business trip and was VERY DISAPPOINTED! I stay in hotels about 60 nights a year and experience different levels of service and value. Most of the time Marriott Properties are consistent with above average experiences but this one is a D level at best and charging inflated rates. The best area of this property is the lobby as everything past the lobby is run down and dated. From the furniture to the dated wallpaper and paint you will see what I’m saying. My Son had ants in his bed and whether the sheets had been change from the previous stay was questionable. The food in the Bistro was great. Just wish the rest of the hotel was. I responded to Marriott’s survey and got back a response that this hotel is scheduled for an update next year but their rates certainly don’t reflect this. Their charging premium rates for a room just a little better than a Motel 6. Book elsewhere until after the renovation and avoid the disappointment!

Okay Marriott Property in Pleasanton I stayed here just one night on a business trip. Check in was quick and courteous. All they had left was a handicapped room which was fine. Decor is standard for a courtyard. Cleaning was not the best as I found a long hair on the toilet. It happens I guess. The lobby is updated with nice places to sit and plenty of plus to charge your devices. Not sure I’d stay again. A toss up.

Good Stay Great stay to save money for a quick trip to Oakland or San Fran. Many shops and places to eat around this location. With no traffic only about 25 minutes from the Oakland Airport. Great flight layover location if you have a rent a car. :)
