Great affordable place to stay This hotel was clean, affordable, and the staff were friendly. The rooms were spacious and modern. Most importantly, the location is convenient and the pool is large enough to keep a distance between splashing children and adults. The hotel features a coffee bar, alcohol bar, and a seating area on the first floor.

Great Experience Do not give too much weight to the negativity. While the front desk staff is AMAZING and truly helps set the mood for a great experience. We had 2 rooms. Neither was the least bit dirty. We noticed that stay over housekeeping was not done, but also saw staff cleaning rooms at 8pm at night. Speaking with a few team members, they give the impression of very caring and dedicated to doing their best. Can't ask for much more than that. Super easy "back way" drive to Universal and minutes from Disney Springs. If you are looking for a resort, book a resort and pay for a resort. If you want a clean, great location and outstanding staff, book here.

Awesome Hotel Looked for a last minute getaway. Found this gem. At check in Josh was awesome. Very friendly and so helpful. Andy was also nice. We had an issue with our tv. In minutes Louis was there to fix it. Lisa at the bar was amazing. 3 weeks on the job and making drinks she never had made before. Delicious. She’s an asset to your establishment. The room was nice and clean. The ONLY drawbacks to the hotel were the tiny bathroom that needs updating and no microwave . My husband and I agreed that this is now our go-to place for our Orlando trips. Josh and Lisa sealed the deal.

What happened here? Shame on Marriott ! What a difference a year and a half made. We took our first trip in over a year and were horrified at the conditions here. Filthy carpets, trash in room, and general unease caused us to leave after one night during which we slept in our clothes. Good luck with this one, Marriott! Great location to be avoided.

This hotel is dirty. We go to Orlando al the time and this is the worst i have stayed in. This hotel is dirty its the worst I have stayed in Orlando. It was close to Disney springs so we booked it through Expedia . We were so disappointed. This is not in any way a four star hotel. its a dump. The reception staff were not friendly and it was unclean . such a disappointment.
