Meeting I attended a meeting at the Courtyard Orlando and the room was spacious and clean. The media connection to the large display screen was really easy. The staff was really friendly and readily available when we had any need or request. I would definitely be back.

This property should be kicked out of the Marriott family Secured a suite the day of travel. Medical emergency for a family member and I had stayed at this property before. Arrived and was told the "computer" erred and our suite was not available. The property had a large group staying and I suspect the suite was a comp given AFTER we booked the room. Offered another room with basically the attitude that "we are full - so take it or go away". No offered monetary discount but ended with an insulting 10,000 points as compensation. It was 6ish and after a 13 hour drive, we accepted the offered room. The property is old and has rec'd a "soft" refresh but the owners have done nothing for maintenance of the "bones". Example - carpets dirty in corners, room door hinges and tile extremely dirty; lights not working; A/C sounding like a jet aircraft on take off; no screens on balcony rooms sliding doors; fridge not working; sliding doors off track; crackling/strobing lights in stairwells. I would score it a zero and it doesn't belong in the Marriott family IMO. Stay at your own risk.

PERFECT I had a fine stay. The staff was great to deal with. I have no complaints. Clean rooms. comfy bed . Nice sitting room . Couldnt ask for a better stay. All hotels should be like this. All staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome, and ensure our stay was pleasant

Lovely stay Stayed here with family on 29 Dec. the stay was good, very clean rooms, the gentleman at the front desk was very friendly . the location is great there a lots of restaurants / fast food in the area just a suggestion it would be nice to keep Tea/ coffee near the front reception

Next level of disappointment ! Unbelievable as it may seem we found a homemade sandwich left by a prior guess underneath the bed comforter! We did a late check in (7pm) so they had plenty of time to clean and have the room ready. To bad my daughter didn’t notice when we went to bed, we will have left immediately! She realized something was on the bed at 2am! Needless to say the worst hotel experience we ever had can’t shake the gross feeling of sleeping on dirty sheets!. Manager apologized, said he needed to conduct an investigation... isn’t management supposed to know which employee was working on that floor/room? Promised to call us back but never did. Very dissatisfied.
