Great Customer Service Ian and Kunga were incredible! they were so sweet and accommodating upon arrival and throughout our entire trip. our stay was nice, the hotel was clean, comfortable and quiet. centrally located, walking distance to everywhere all the sight seeing but also out of the way enough when you want to chill.

T.T. and Ian were fabulous. Our stay was perfect- just like the service. Loved everything about this place was fabulous We loved the location and the accommodations were great. Loved the quiet room, spacious and wonderful shower and bed. The coffee and tea bar in room was best I’ve ever seen in a hotel. The lounge was great. The doormen and hospitality terrific. The history of building was very interesting o lean about too.

Great stay, great staff Loved the aka! The staff was great, especially T.T. And Ian - so friendly and accommodating, they even helped us navigate our next adventure. While rooms were small, they were classy and cozy, loved the shower! The bed was comfortable and rooms were clean and so quiet. We also enjoyed the lovey lounge on the main floor. Two thumbs up!

Great Experience Great hotel, really enjoyed the aesthetic of the place. The location was very walkable to uptown as well as mid town. It allowed us to walk and see so much of the city. Johnny and Lana were incredibly helpful at finding us ride services. Thank you!

Nice Hotel to stay , great service . From the start I got a very good impression from the door men, specially Ian was so helpful and very attentive to our needs. Receiving us always with a smile and make us feel comfortable all the time. The room size and amenities I love it. Definitely I will choosing this hotel when I come back.
