Shoreham was smooth and sweet! Our stay this year for four nights was enjoyable thanks to the team at Shoreham. It was good seeing familiar faces like Hector from the front desk. Abel was particularly accommodating and hospitable. Housekeeping was on point and our room was clean and spacious. Doorman always had a smile considering how much it rained. Last, thank you Edward from reservations for communications and easy booking process. Appreciate you all!!!

Abel is a GEM! After enduring an excruciatingly long day of international travel, missing my connection, and just being over all exhausted; Abel at The Shoreham provides quick and efficient service when I arrived late night to his hotel. He made sure I had a safe room with a decent view. Abel was polite, alert, and kind during the early hours of my departure. This is a great place to stay. Thank You Abel!

Bets turn down service ever Such a wonderful staff! Tomasa was our housekeeper and I can tell you we were not easy guest to clean after. She was very attentive to our needs and kept our room stocked and cleaned at all times. Never had that kind of service before. Highly recommend this place!

Too expensive, not well staffed Not a good experience! There were 4 of us. Our rooms were dirty. We only had 3 towels, and by the end of the second day, I had to use my daughter's towel. The futon in the common room was impossibly old and uncomfortable to sit on. Windows were filthy. And, the room cost us $800. Not worth it, ever.

Excellent customer service Anna and Sanyia were extremely helpful during check-in. Felt right at home after our conversation with them. They provided us with the best service in the area. We had a misunderstanding with the booking and they fixed it with no questions!
