Love this hotel !! Front desk staff is amazing, friendly and helpful. Our room is quite and bed is very comfortable . Great spot, right next to the library and grand Central. Nice restaurants around. I would definitely stay here again. Stéphanie

Great location Had a good experience staying at this boutique hotel. It's very quaint, rooms are spacious and staff is very helpful. Loved the proximity to Times Square and the subway station. Near by the Chrysler building, Bryant Park and the New York public library.

Want to come back soon Everything was as expected. Great room and very friendly and friendly staff. Helped me with many things. Excelent location near Grand Central Station with connection to everywhere Highly recommended. The bathroom was lovely, all in white granite . Loved it.

Style, location and excellent guest experience I found Dylan when looking for a place close to work and Metro North. It is the perfect location and quiet enough for sleep in the middle of 41st street. The visiting art installations, sprawling staircase and decor is appealing. The size of the building is just right, not too big and mated with the architecture of a landmark building is a pleasure. The Benjamin Steak house is back open again and is welcome addition to staying here. It is literally attached and downstairs. The customer care is stellar and the staff have been very helpful and personable. There are different type of rooms here and do check out the room with stain glass windows and concave cathedral ceilings. The bathrooms are beautiful with marble floors, high bright ceilings and the option to turn water temperature past 110* ... i Love that. Always return here and look forward to seeing her thrive with everything open again.

Value for money hotel in the heart of New York Value for money hotel In the heart of New York. This is my title for our stay in the hotel. The location is excellent, 7 minutes from Times Square, one minute from the 5th Avenue and next to the Central Station. The customer service from the hotel staff is very good and our room was clean and comfortable. I would definitely choose it again.
