My wedding ring was stolen and the room was disgusting For more than $900 for 5 nights I can honestly say it would’ve been better to book somewhere cheaper with same outcome. This room was so deteriorated. It smelled like mold (we have a cough now), my wedding/engagement rings were stolen and the showers are so bad. The water would barely come out. We would ask for a pillow early and they would take about an hr and a half to deliver when we were sleeping already. The blanket was ripped and they were so hard and uncomfortable to sleep in. Just one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I rather go somewhere cheaper if this is the outcome anyways!

Nickel and dime Bell men standing around and watched me off load luggage from taxi. Asked for a late check out by 1hr, front desk offered 30 min and wants to charge me $25USD for an additional 30min.

The manager Kim was so nice and friendly! She went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay! 10/10. Kim the manager made this an unforgettable trip! She ensured all of our needs were met! My new stay while in Miami!

the room need more maintenance the room need more maintenance, mainly the bathroom, and a better housekeeping one of the bathroom was dirty and the front desk was just im sorry for that

Anniversary Vacation The view from the room was awesome with some water view and downtown skyline. The lobby was spacious and very quiet just sitting there relaxing.
