Terrible place to stay!! Staff not friendly, no hot water, AC in bedroom not cooling, front desk would not answer the phone to report,elevator broken. Had to carry luggage down three floors, and the staff did not even say sorry. They just ignored the whole thing Would never stay again!

Franceina is the BEST Franceina is the BEST! She is the ideal person to work in hospitality. We had several interactions with her before our stay and during, not related to her. She remained extremely professional and articulate at every turn and addressed our issue quickly. I can’t say enough positive things about Franceina. She’s a wonderful people person as well.

Best Experience Sayda & Wilson is the best bartenders at Sonesta Hotel. Both are so courteous, caring and, most of all, genuinely down to earth. Thank you guys so much for your hospitality. I look forward to coming in the future and referring others as well_

Super layover hotel in MIA Nice refurbished hotel and a really nice late dinner after our flight. Restaurant food surprisingly good - not what you expect from An airport hotel and excellent service from Wilson.. shuttle worked well - check out the tracker in the website .

Fantastic Stay Our family group stayed here on March 16 in 4 rooms. The hotel is beautifully renovated and decorated. Franceina at the front desk checked us in. She was outstanding, very courteous, professional and helpful. The free airport shuttle service worked beautifully. The shuttle drivers were great and the shuttles were very nice, clean and looked new, like the hotel. I would not hesitate to stay here again.
