One of Best hotels in Miami! Probably one of the best hotels in Miami, The Setai Beach Hotel ensured our great stay in Miami. Super friendly and caring staff. We had the pleasure to be coordinated by the manager Sahar and Irina (from the front desk). They were committed to providing us the highest service and experiential experience, we would definitely be back thanks to their attention and love.

Amazing stay thanks to Ms. Sahar what can I say, from the time I arrived to this amazing property, I was greeted by my one and only go to person at the hotel Ms. Sahar Golparvar till the end, from making sure our room was perfect, to setting up birthday champagne and flowers, and checking up on us during our stay. Above and Beyond service is what you will get when you choose this property, from cleanliness to their wonderful menus in their restaurants, the helpfulness of the staff, this is the only place I choose to come to when I travel to Miami. Thank you again for all that you did Ms. Sahar joon :) my husband and I had a great stay and it all started with you:)

5 star relaxation From the moment I stepped out of my car I was greeted kindly at every corner from the kind Bell man to the check in staff I felt really good especially traveling alone to have a getaway. The spa staff was amazing and attentive and my masseuse was phenomenal! I wish I remembered everyone’s name Bc they made my experience so personal. Sometimes high end hotel take your money and fail on the experience or only showing certain guest kindness and respect. The Setai goes above and beyond to make sure everyone walking through the door is accommodated.

Amazing Stay At The Setai I'm not one to write reviews but The Setai deserves it. We have stayed at many hotels both in Miami and around the States and Caribbean. The Setai sits on top of them all. I brought my better half on a trip for her Birthday and she loved it. It was her favorite hotel by far. The Setai recognized it was her Birthday and surprised her with some nice surprises when we checked into our room. She was extremely happy. The entire staff was amazing. The service was prompt with any request we made. The hotel is beautiful from the lobby, the rooms, the restaurant, and the beach. They are all top notch. The atmosphere is just amazing. We have no complaints at all! We can't wait to go back!

Anniversary stay at the Setai. We had a lovely anniversary stay at the Setai and enjoyed the amazing Sunday Jazz brunch with foods from many nationally. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable and they spoiled us by delivering a bottle of champagne to our room after we arrived with chocolate covered strawberries! It was all delicious!
