GREAT This stay and any stay we had has been great it is very convenient to anything we would have to do and if there was a problem they were right on it the staff was very pleasant to be around that is why i like it there everyone is very friendly

If your only option is here, sleep in your car With a concert at the Meadowlands, we had few last minute options to choose from when staying in the area for a funeral. This skeevy hotel is the kind of place that you hope you didn’t get lice or bed bugs from—it’s falling apart, few things work, lots of mysterious stains and smells (like the smell of urine in the hall?), pipes vibrate making a loud noise when your neighbor showers and I killed a roach in the room. The front desk clerk was reluctant to give me a key card because “my husband already had one.” We were stuck with two nights at this place that we couldn’t cancel for crazy money and I wish I slept in the car. Made and already difficult trip much worse.

Idiots We stayed here because we were seeing a concert at the Meadowlands and we're going to be late. Check out was 11am and we planned to sleep until 10am. We were on the first floor and they started mowing before 830am, right outside our window. I complained at the desk but not only did they continue, they started weed wacking, again, right outside our window. Screwed up our sleep, our morning and our day. Idiots. I should have read all the bad reviews. This place stinks and they couldn't care less about the customers.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in! This has got to be the absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed in...and I have stayed many. First, I will start by saying, their site says they have a bar and a restaurant and they do not. There isn't even one nextdoor. The rooms are very dated and I don't think they have ever replaced anything. The bed bowed in the middle and I woke up very sore. Just an all around bad experience. When I arrived and asked about the bar, the women basically laughed in my face. I said excuse me to ask another question and was ignored. The cleaning people were still cleaning at 2 am and you can here every single noise through the walls. It sounded like someone was stomping around in the room above us all night. I would not recommend this hotel, ever!

Horrible service and mean people They don’t care about their guest! Refrigerator did not work the whole seven days that I was there ! Terrible! Staff was very mean. They did not want to give any supplies like tissue, towels it was terrible! TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE!
