Happy Holidays The atmosphere and Staff were amazing! Very accommodating in all aspects. The view we had from our room was wonderful. Rooms were clean and pillows were fluffy. Very close to shopping and restaurants. Loved the holiday feel. Definitely recommend

Outstanding service during our time of need I got the flu halfway through my visit and the general manager Tamas Vago bent over backwards to help me get better, including delivering chicken noodle soup, tea, and a humidifier to my room and moving my husband to another room so that he didn't get sick from me. He was very creative and proactive in finding ways to help us, and he even checked on me after hours to see how I was doing. This was 5-star service all the way -- incredibly classy and generous. Even though our trip to Chicago was not the best because I was sick, we will come back and we will stay at this hotel because we know the service will be top notch. The whole staff (Diandre at the front desk, Juan, Fernando, Jose in the gym, Ruby and Dana at Bernard's) deserve compliments as well.

Concierge Exceptional Treatment Logan the Concierge went above and beyond to make our mother's/grandmother's 88th birthday celebration memorable. Her personalize note and treats were an added surprise and made her feel truly special. She didn't miss a beat on the small details.

Perfect 5 Star location in Chicago I’m typically not a Waldorf customer but the Waldorf Astoria Chicago property and staff have made this one of my favorite hotels in Chicago. You are made to feel special. As a recent example, as I was leaving the property (checked out remotely), the current GM, Tamas Vago, was kind enough to introduce himself and thank me for the visit. Amazing. This is 5-Star quality and the remote checkin and keyless access with iphone is just amazing. It’s surprisingly quiet, rooms are updated and love the water bottles and the in-room Nespresso. Just a perfect trip and Mr. Vago is running a tight ship. Excellent.
