Very happy with our hotel choice Great hotel experience. The staff were all very friendly. The hotel was clean and in a good location for catching the river walk or red line or orange line (others too I think). Breakfast was very good and saved us money each day. Brought my 3 year old and had no problem with noise (though it's Chicago, a fan drowned out any street car noise). Overall great hotel!

Kinzie Hotel Overlooking Chicago Nightlife Had a suite overlooking Harry Caray's Restaurant and a nice view of the Chicago City nightlife. Room was comfortable and clean. Staff were super-friendly. Included continental breakfast and nightly "cocktail hour" were rather ho-hum but then again, who goes to Chicago for that kind of food and drink anyway? Easy walk to many attractions and plenty of Uber's to get you to Wrigley Field or elsewhere. Not the quietest of places to stay but you are in the middle of downtown Chicago.

Great Stay I had my wedding block here. They were very accommodating and worked with me to make it all go well. There were slight miscommunications and they were very understanding. Everyone had a very comfortable stay. The breakfast and beer and wine was a nice touch.

They lied to us and stole our money We made a reservation and arrived at 1:30 in the morning. The girl said she had not our reservation and no room available so she just threw out of the hotel in the middle of the night without any help. Even if the girl said she didn’t had our reservation and no room for us (we didn’t sleep there), she charged us the night. How can she charge us if she don’t have any reservation at our name??? Almost 3 months later Kinzie is still not responding to the messages and we didn’t get any refund yet.

Short stay in Chicago I have recently had a 3 night stay in the Kinzie with family on vacation from the UK. Good sized room, clean and comfortable. Good location for sightseeing, walks along the river trail or the main sights such as Cloud Gate or Navy Pier. The manger's nightly drink reception was an added bonus and the breakfast had a good choice of food. Staff friendly. Would recommend.
