Welcoming, friendly and kind staff While picking up our daughter at midnight at the Buffalo Airport, our car’s alternator died. We stayed the night at the Hilton because the car had to be towed. The nighttime staff, especially Benita and Nicholas, were so very kind and accommodating. They really tried hard to make us feel welcome and safe in a very stressful situation. In the morning, we were greeted so cheerfully by the breakfast chef Rick and Peyton so very generously provided transport to the nearby garage where our car was towed. Hotels are plentiful in Buffalo but the Hilton Garden Inn at the Airport is really a friendly, safe and welcoming place to stay.

Best Hotel Experience with the Most Hospitable Staff! Best Hotel Experience Ever!!! I would strongly recommend this hotel due to its hospitality, amenities, comfort, and convenience! Everyone we encountered at the front desk, starting with Samantha, who greeted us in the most enthusiastic, pleasant manner, after several hours of flying with delays, made a lasting impression on us. I would never forget her smile and generosity. There was a 24 hour shop selling waters, sodas, chocolate milk, wine, snacks and microwaveable food. There was an exquisite on-site restaurant serving the most delicious breakfast and dinner. Even housekeeping generously brought us extra hangers and cups instantly at our request. The front desk staff were all professional, friendly and helpful, offering us a restaurant brochure to order food at 2am and provided plates and utensils to take up to our suite. We stayed up with our 11-year-old son in our junior king suite with a sofa bed, eating and watching Netflix and complimentary HBO after a long fun-filled day at Niagara Falls. The bathroom was so clean and refreshing with all the amenities, with Neutrogena shampoo, conditioner and body wash in huge pump bottles in the shower/bathtub. There was even a sink in the kitchen area, with coffee maker, mini fridge and microwave. The bedroom was so lovely with an ottoman, armchair and black out curtains. The mattress and pillows were super comfortable and the sheets were so clean. We had a big closet in the middle and a set of drawers in both the bedroom and living room, with a TV in each room, and so many tables in the spacious living room. What we enjoyed most was the pool, which was slightly heated for a night swim with the hottest, bubbling hot tub, which was so relaxing on our last night. It was located right next to the full sized gym. There was free shuttle service from the airport to the hotel and back when we were leaving at 3am. I will never forget the hospitality of the staff, all the amenities this hotel had to offer and the unforgettable experience we had as a family on our first trip to Buffalo, New York at Hilton Garden Inn, Buffalo Airport. Thank you to all the staff for helping make this an enjoyable vacation!

Eat your veggies! Breakfast buffet is excellent. Don't miss the veggies! Richard, the chef, had a mixture of vegetables that one doesn't normally see at breakfast and they were so well seasoned that I had to get seconds. Went well with the potatoes and crispy bacon. The pillows are very soft too. Overall a great stay.

great room and pool, but a few issues should be addressed The room was very clean and comfortable, with a mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Our requests for early check-in and a quiet room not facing the airport were accommodated graciously by the front desk clerk, who I think was named Kurt. The airport is directly across the street, so we were pleasantly surprised that we did not hear the planes while in the room. WiFi worked well. We took a dip in the nice large indoor pool, which was quite refreshing after trudging around outdoors in punishingly high heat and humidity. There are cookies to welcome guests arriving in the afternoon. Breakfast is available but not included, so we did not partake. At the convenient on-site restaurant, we had a courteous server and average dinner food which one would expect in this type of hotel. McDonald’s is next door and there are additional fast food options further down the road. The property is basically on hotel/restaurant/car rental row, so if you need a grocery store or other type of business, you might want to take a bus (bus stops are very close to the property) or taxi. You could walk across the street to the airport, but given the traffic, it’s probably safer to take the free hotel shuttle. We used that and found that the driver, a young man named Steve, seemed reluctant to help us gray-haired senior citizens take our small and medium-size bags from the lobby to the van. Another unpleasant surprise was the 3 dead flies, which we saw in the morning and again late at night, on the window sills in the lobby and restaurant. Other than the flies, the lobby is comfortable.

All Expectations Exceeded Exceeded our expectations in every way. The rooms were large, clean and the bed was comfortable. The sound insulation was also very good and did not hear and airport or highway noise. The in house food was well prepared and we enjoyed the breakfast very much. The hotel staff was friendly and very accommodating, a very pleasant place to stay.
