Boujie price, holiday inn quality Very outdated and not the cleanest. The double beds are on the smaller side so two adults don’t sleep comfortably and they don’t have enough cots so if you need one last minute, you’re out of luck. I just expected more out of the Hyatt name but they could have fooled me by labeling it holiday or comfort inn.

Keep searching They need to shut this place down and start over. If you like musty moldy rooms, lumpy beds and getting stuck on elevators this place is for you! If not keep searching and avoid this Hyatt location. Zero Stars

Uncomfortable During out stay we were caught off guard with the pricing of check in to start. Secondly we had the most hot and uncomfortable room and we are too polite to complain in the middle of the night but to hear from other family members who also stayed here had air conditioned sleep was upsetting. The breakfast staff, while super friendly and kind, do not mention that breakfast is not included, there are no signs anywhere regarding this. We served ourselves and then got a bill when we were finished. This was so unfair as we had no clue this wasnt not included in the expensive price of the room. and then to convert that to canadian dollar charge really hurt our stay and i feel scammed and disappointed that our stay felt so expensive and was uncomfortable and not imfortmative.

Houskeeping that does not do their job! “Housekeeping sometimes don’t make it to servicing all rooms” I was told by the receptionist when I came back to my room at 8 pm to room as I left it that morning. That’s a first! Except housekeeping emptied the trash can but seems didn’t feel like making up the room… What poor service and what poor attitude. Unacceptable for a Hyatt branded hotel, especially when I clearly requested daily room servicing.

It's a bit of a dump Beware. If you’re on a lower floor you’re going to have to wait through multiple elevators to get down to the lobby in the morning…they’re packed like sardine cans by the time they get to you. Upgrade to a high floor if you can. Not a big deal if you’ve got all morning and don’t have an Uber circling the block waiting for you to get the thirty feet from the third floor to the lobby. Also, don’t expect to take the stairs if something happens to the elevators. The first floor stairway was blocked so the fire exit was no more than a fond wish. Not sure but I think that’s illegal. There’s a breakfast buffet but there’s only enough seating for a hotel a fraction the size. We gave it ten minutes for a table to empty out or even bussed before we gave up. The room was fine but our tub drain was clogged so you’re in ankle deep water by the end of your shower…that’s pretty gross. Water pressure was awesome…like a fire hose…so they’ve got that going for them. When we got back in the evening at 9:00 p.m. from our daughter's baby shower, we found piles of dirty linen, towels, and broken appliances in the third floor corridor (photos attached for your enlightenment). Not sure why management thought this was a good idea but the fact they didn't think this was nasty tells you a bit about what they're about. It's a dump.
