Housekeeper Very Good, excellent service, very friendly 100points, she do our room five days, it was so clean, she give us chocolates and all we need all six days we stay at the Marriot Courtyard at Aventura Mall __

Assistance Carlos cleaned the room and was a good man, He also gave the kids toys and chocolates. Replaces the towels, organized the table the did the bathroom. Very satisfied from the service and the people if this hotel.

Very good service The Service at breakfast was very good we were very well taken care of and they were very friendly. The food was quite good and so were the drinks. The room was also very good, very fresh, comfortable and clean. In summary, our experience has been very good

Good location The hotel is well located, a few steps away from Aventura Mall. It is a standard hotel, nothing special about it. Extremely expensive because of the location. Check in was a disaster. The front desk attendant told us we only had 1 room reserved, when in fact we had 2 rooms already paid. It took him 15 minutes to resolve this, while he was insisting we only had 1 room. Very uncomfortable situation because of the lack of training, both in using the system and attitude. It is not nice to travel for various hours to arrive to a hotel a get this kind of treatment

Wonderful Accommodations My family and I stayed here for an extended weekend and we had a wonderful time. The hotel is very clean and has nice modern decor. Lorena and Andres helped us at check-in and granted us rooms near each other without a problem. The front desk was very prompt in responding to our requests for extra blankets, pillows and towels. Fatima and the housekeeping crew were so kind and always greeted us with smiles. I really appreciated how organized and clean they left our rooms. The outside lounge and pool were located behind the hotel and provided complete privacy. The pool has great sun exposure so the gazebos and umbrellas were perfect to cool down. I also had a chance to use the gym which was a nice size. The gym was equipped with new treadmills, ellipticals and a full set of weights. I loved that they offer wrapped towels for sanitary reasons and free headphones in case you forget a pair.
