DUMP I should have read reviews because I made the mistake of staying here. This is a dump that doesn't deserve to be open, let alone under Marriott. Outside of the room's newer TV, everything from the lobby and hallways to the rooms is at least 15 years overdue for an exhaustive renovations. Like gut the whole building. My room had hair on toilet seat, mold or mildew throughout the bathtub, hair on the bottom of the bathtub, and leftovers from the old bathtub mat. The entire bathroom and fixures looked original to the hotel's construction. Other parts of the room were filthy like the coffeemaker tray and desk chair. Mind you I had a room on the hotel's concierge floor. These are supposed to be the best rooms in the hotel. I can only imagine what the other rooms are like.

Doesn't answer phone or answer Marriott chat messages Booked a reservation here. Had some questions. Hotel wouldn't answer the phone. Called 5 times in one day. Phone just rang. Never answered or went to voicemail. Tried all the options for front desk and operator. Nothing worked. Also sent a message by the Marriott mobile application chat. It was unanswered. So I canceled the reservation and booked elsewhere.

Horrible Stay I send an email to customer care on 7/5 was told I would be contacted in 3-5 business days and still have heard nothing. I am extremely disappointed by my recent experience at this hotel. I understand they are short-staffed due to COVID but the customer service I did receive was completed unacceptable. We could not do early check-in which was fine, but when we arrived at the hotel at 4:15 our room was still not available. We were told there were no clean rooms. I asked for a possible upgade due to my Gold Elite status and was told no and completely dismissed. They told us our room would be another 30-45 mins. We had an event to be at by 4:30 that day so we left the hotel. I did not receive my room assignment until after 7pm. Upon arrival back at the hotel at 9pm we entered our room which was barely cleaned. Something was spilled on the tile floor in front of the mirror and was very sticky. The garbage under the desk was not emptied, there was hair all over the bathroom floor and the sink was dirty. There was also a layer of dust on every surface. We were too tired from traveling all day we just stayed in the room. At least the sheets and toilet were clean. Sunday morning I went to the front desk to talk about the conditions and was told sorry there's nothing we can do, there is no manager here until Monday. She was going to have her call me Monday but as of 5pm I still have not heard from her. I do not expect special treatment, but as a gold member and MVC owner I did expect some level of customer service. I have stayed at this location several times over the last few years and I am completely disgusted at this visit.

Disgusting & Horrible! Motel better. Where do I Begin. Had room high floor. We walked in and was hit was smell of smoke that lingered for the 2 days we stayed there. Room was clearly not kept well. One bed spread was disgusting dirty and the other the feathers were flying out. There was no toilet paper in the room. The Hotel overall was a mess. No coffee or place to eat. You had to go downstairs to the other side of the hotel to the lobby to self serve your self a cup of coffee. The room Coffee pot was broke. When we got downstairs early morning there they were out. If you want breakfast you had to order it at the front desk. Business center? There isn’t one other than one computer that uses their own browser. I couldn’t get my mail. They say they don’t allow gmail for security reasons. I am just so disappointed and very surprised this was a Marriott Hotel. We usually stay at the Double Tree but it was booked. Luckily for me since I am a Hilton rewards member i was able to walk across the street, get breakfast and use their business center. Got my email & printed what I needed! All I can say if Marriott doesn’t change their way they need to change their prices to motel rates! That was not worth a cent!

Very good, all things considered... Large room, nice bed and amenities in a very nicely appointed and quiet hotel. The front desk personnel were all very, very nice. The bathroom could have used an exhaust fan and the room's AC unit did not dehumidify all that well, leaving us feeling a little clammy. What can you say about the hotel's restaurant and services being limited? It's not their fault with the pandemic and all. They were a little short on complimentary soap and shampoo supplies and on room service personnel as well, but again, that may be due to COVID also. The fire alarm went off at 3am, and folks were told to evacuate the building. Were told later by hotel personnel that it was the second night in a row that this happened and it was caused by the same guest - probably a false alarm due to either smoking in a room, or to the sensitivity of the smoke detector to the bathroom's steam, located just outside the bathroom door. Overall though, weighing in the current crisis, I would still rate our stay as very good.
