Amazing Stay! Felt more like "Four Seasons Light" in Buffalo than a Marriott hotel!!! As many reviews have shared, the customer service and rooms here for the price point are amazing and top notch! All of the staff from front desk to cleaning staff had been helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, sincere and ultra accommodating. I was lucky to have been able to book directly during a busy week in June 2021 in advance for my stay to visit Niagara Falls in a cheaper hotel with a group and then extend the last of my vacation nights relaxing here by the pool and courtyard and exploring Buffalo. So happy and glad that Dennis was able to reserve for me an extra 2 nights after having to transfer from a nearby hotel that ended up being a disaster trying to economize my vacation. I felt instantly relaxed, safe and surrounded by a staff that KNOWS Hospitality to the finest detail. Rooms were spacious and impeccably clean and well maintained. Bed and linens where comfortable and pristine. ( Felt very high end- Bonus!) The grounds are beautiful, manicured and the flower beds are fragrant and pretty as well. The location is private and surrounded by open property with easy access to everything Buffalo has to offer . It is conveniently located within 5 min to Wegman's Supermarket ( feels like Whole Foods) and Downtown Buffalo/Galleria Mall is only 10-15 minutes drive. The appliances were spotless, in perfect working order and up to date. Plenty of outlets and room to work and relax. The indoor pool was open and clean. Hot tub whirlpool fully functioning and they maintained covid regulations. Free Wi-fi worked well and was no hassle in instantly connecting throughout, unlike may places with frustrating complex sighn-ins that often leave one giving up. Strong connection for "free" Wifi- no need for up-sale unless you are streaming. This should be standard! The photos of the rooms do not really do the place justice- Lobby and Cafe are nicer in person! Also, the prices for the quality of the Starbucks coffee and Cafe Breakfast menu are very reasonable for what you get- Gordon Ramsey would approve of my delicious in house omelette :) I am glad I trusted the staff ( Thank you Nancy and Dennis!) in sincerely convincing me that I would be safe staying here alone as a solo female traveler and the grounds and hotel are safe, secure and family oriented. The vibe here is family run-business, meets upscale accommodations with service that is attentive but never intrusive- the perfect trifecta in hospitality! I am looking forward to staying here again on my own or recommending to friends on my next trip to The Falls/Buffalo in the future to get away from the the city. The indoor pool was open and clean. Hot tub whirlpool fully functioning and they maintained covid regulations. Highly recommend you book directly here. They seem to give a better rate cutting out the middle man and will price match as best as they can depending on availability. The .com middle man deals only offer the incentive of "free breakfast" - but a full breakfast here is maximum $15 and with snacks in a very cold refrigerator in room, I felt I saved more in the end. Happy and glad I did- this Hotel is PRISTINE and an amazing deal in NY!

Nice stay Stayed for the UB graduation weekend & glad we avoided the larger Marriott. We had a nice, quiet room & were very grateful for the early check in. The lady at the front desk was very helpful a few times. The bed was comfortable and the stay was pleasant. Thanks again!

worst experience ever here. we stayed there many times, this time was different, normal its a wonderful experience , this time was diff we checked in nov 14th, we went for my sons best friend birthday (9 years old) we got adjoining rooms so our family's can be near each other and not in the lobby due to covid, we went to get change for the pool and my son lost his sock while changing i looked under the bed to find confetti, ,m&m and a shot glass all around the hole under bed, i went an looked at our pull out couch and there was confetti right under the pillows, i went over to the other room and checked, found a confetti a lemonade bottle beads, so on the way down to the pool we asked if we could get new rooms since ours wasnt clean correctly which she did she said she went into them and checked and they were clean, fine we went in everything seemed fine, we went to go to bed and pulled the curtains back and found part of a candy cane and cheese balls, we didnt feel like moven so we said wed say something at check out, when i checked out i informed him that 3 out of 4 our rooms were dirty, he looked at my rate and told me theres nothing he can do, now i work for a marriott and no thats not true, no apologie no nothing, i said are u kidding me your telling me my rate is affected on how clean your hotel is he said ill give you some points, i filed a Marriott customer care saying pretty much alll this to find out the manger closed it and pretty much noted the same thing due to my rate, ive called the hotel multiple times to try to speak to management but still havent gotten a call back, when i spoke to the girl who moved us she said "you didnt find chesses balls in your room me and my boyfriend checked them they were clean." this hotel use to be my choice for our little staycations but after this. i wont be returning to this location, on top of is as we were goin down to the pool sunday morning the guys stayed back and loaded up the cars, housekeeping saw us leave our rooms in bathing suites asking if we were leaven, we also heard others complaing on our floor about the rooms not being clean, im sorry but with covid aroud noone should be walking into there room finding things from another person stay. what someone pays for a room has NOTHING TO DO WITH HOW CLEAN IT SHOULD BE, im not sure why the staff there dont understand that, i do expect a call or a email back still.

GREAT hotel This is a prime Marriott property, fairly new, with a friendly, knowledgeable staff. Restaurants are within walking distance from the hotel. Lots of free parking. Free, but typical continental breakfast for limited morning hours.
