Perfect 1 night stay Excellent 1 night stay. Our room was spotless, the beds were comfortable and the check in staff were kind and courteous. We appreciated the grab and go breakfast selections. The hotel was in the perfect location, just a few blocks west of Grand Central and a few blocks east of the theater district.

Great property, location and staff The fantastic location initially drew me to the property. The front desk staff at check in was very nice, informative and made sure we knew about the free continental breakfast. The elevator to the room worked without problem and had a clean fresh smell and appearance. The room was easy to find, the a/c was already running so the room was welcoming and comfortable upon arrival. THE WATER PRESSURE in the shower was the best pressure I've had in a hotel in a while! The iron was clean and the ironing board was conveniently located - used them both.
We were pleased that the lobby was staffed well after midnight on Saturday night and the lobby and exterior were both well lit.
We left our bags after checking out and this was an easy process as was retrieving them before heading to our bus home.
I would definitely recommend and will likely return next time I come to the city!

Excellent In general, I give it a grade of 9/10. Excellent team, I'm not fluent in English but this wasn't a problem with the team. Excellent location, two squares at Times Square.
Breakfast is basically, coffee, orange juice, crossaint, yogurt and banana but saves the morning.
I've stayed in NY in hotels twice as expensive and this one was equally fantastic, extremely comfortable and quiet room.
Leaving the bags at the reception before check-in and even check-out at no cost was a plus in the stay.
My only complaint, the room does not have a minibar, an additional cost of fifteen dollars a day is required. Low cost but could be included in the daily rate
