A: You can easily check your voicemail, call logs, and configure preferences through the My Ooma online command system.Q: can you keep your existing phone number? (12 answers)
A: In most cases yes... Ooma calls it "Porting" you old number. My previous service was CenturyLink. When you set up your Ooma, you select a temporary number from what I thought was a fairly wide range of available numbers. You can then put in a request to port your old number. In my case, the whole operation, from request to when my old number was active on the Ooma was about a week, but they warn that it could be 3 to 4 weeks. There is a cost for this, however. You can choose to prepay for a year of their premium service for about $120 and they will port your old number for free. Or you can choose to pay about $40 to just port the number and stay with their basic service (which is free, except for taxes, which are about $5 per month). I hope this helps!Q: Do u have to have internet? What's cost? (5 answers)
A: Yes you need internet. Are you asking what the cost of internet is? That depends on your provider and level of service. The cost of using the phone itself is nothing, except for taxes as the other answerer touched on. That cost is minimal. I believe it will cost extra for international calls but check Ooma for details.
