Manufacturer's Directions
Take 1 capsule 30 mins before breakfast on an empty stomach. A second capsule may be consumed 4-6 hours later, prior to lunch. If required, an additional third capsule may be taken 4-6 hours after this. Do not take Grenade within 6 hours of intended sleep.
