Great staff and service from the Seattle Queen Anne shop. Andy helped me with my lease e-bike pickup, walked me through all of the bells and whistles, and even gave me friendly directions to the nearest trail for the ride home. Best customer experience I've had in a long time, highly recommend.
Great service and bikes. There is a good variety of bike options as well and they come with lots of equipment. The employees are very friendly and helpful. There is even a cute dog Kaia sometimes there to pet :)
