This is a beautiful necklace a well made solid piece .
However, I rated it a three because it could’ve had a few more links for adjustability, depending on the size of your neck

Beautiful necklace but cheap
I was excited to purchase this beautiful necklace. My first time wearing the necklace, to a show, the heart fell off. Thank goodness I heard when it hit the floor. So embarrassing. I was shipped a defective piece of jewelry. I’m surprised to receive bad customer service from a credible company. Now I have to pay additional money to fix it.

Almost perfect
I bought it as a gift for my bestie and she loved it. The only reason why I didn’t give it 5 stars is because is a one size fits all kind of necklace. It was the perfect size for me but my bestie’s neck is thicker than mine so it looked more like a choker instead of a necklace.
