Excellent tool to help rollout muscle/tissue issues. In this case it's assisting with IT band troubles. Easy to use and you can quickly adjust the pressure you're putting on your leg which is sometimes hard with a roller that you're laying on top of.

I do use foam roller. However when it comes to quads and adductors I struggle… it is great I can put my foot up and start rolling. It is quite effective as self-help. Give it a try.
