No quality control
These hats went from being my go to for 10years to being complete trash. Not sure what they did but it's awful. This company is lacking in quality control. It's definitely not what it was 20+ years ago.

Not Consistent
The hats are hit and miss. I've bought about 7 hats over past 3 years. One fits awesome, 2 fit 'ok', and the rest are bad. Your quality control department needs to pay attention to these hats. The fit should be consistent. Lately I've found them to be too small. I hate a tall hat, but I hat a completely flat hat too. Give more room in the crown. Please.
