    Quality smart shoe with comfort built in. Unfortunately I've had to return them as I couldn't keep them on my feet as I walked. This is due to the fact. I have rheumatoid arthritis. My feet don't flex and therefore my toes do not grip which allows my heel to walk out of the shoe.
    I must stress this is not the fault of the manufactures my daughter has a pair and can not praise them enough.

    After the initial weird pregnant-lady-like walking period, I was smitten with MBTs and now I don't wear anything else. Other styles of MBTs can pass with slacks but these go well with skirts (so I can start wearing shirts again).
    Strangely, for shoes that one wears with stockings, they run a little big, but then patent leather doesn't stretch like normal leather so maybe it was intentional to make them a little bigger. I have rather wide feet and so must choose my MBTs accordingly, but these shoes surprisingly are wide enough for my feet (even a bit wider then the Mary Jane style).
    I would have preferred closed-toe, but beggars can't be choosers.

    I was disappointed with these MBT's, as I have been wearing MBT's now for 4 years. I had ordered a size 4, which I normally wear, but far to big. I really think that if you need a pair in the shoe department try on in a shop first for fit and then order. The sandals would probably not be a problem but be careful of the shoes.
    I would say that Amazon returns service is excellent and if your not able to see in shop, go ahead and order with Amazon, as you can return with no quibble :)

    I love MBT shoes and boots and this looked like a pair I could wear for work. Usually MBT shoes fit me like a glove but these are a very wide fitting. I had ordered half a size smaller than usual and I bought two pairs of insoles but still they pretty much fell off my feet. A shame. I had to return them. The open toe wasn't very comfortable either but that may have been because the shoes didn't fit. Try before you buy!

    I was hoping for perfect fit, but am still breaking them in. Front upper catches my toe joint so trying to stretch them slightly to improve fit. I do love the MBT conception and if I could guarantee the fit these would be my number one make of shoe to buy. I will persevere. They are becoming more comfortable day by day.

We business women can only wear MBT's that look professional ( NOT MARY JANE STYLES OR TENNIS SHOE STYLES). Why discontinue this style when so many of the women who wear KIANGS are returning buyers? SO BUYERS IF YOU LIKE THIS STYLE BETTER BUY NOW in 2014 because they will be gone soon.
