    All though these trainers are new and its early days, since i've started running in these my legs ache or stiffen up far less than the previous brand that i owned. Everyone is different so finding what works for you can be a nightmare. Comfortable, wide enough and light. so far so good.

    Have not tried these shoes as they come up slightly smaller in size and width fitting than my usual Asics, so have sent them back for a size 10 (normally get a 9.5 as I am usually a size 9), I would advise to go up a size than your normal shoes.
