I love going to the gym but to pay every year for membership it a bit much.
Got this Elite E-Motion Parabolic Roller purely due to it 2 dimensional movement as it gives you that more natural feel while riding indoors. Now that I had mine for a while, yes its can feel a bit unnerving at the beginning but you will get use to it.
Start off on the easy setting on the Rollers and set your gears on to the front high cog and a low setting for the rear cog that should help get you moving then its just the balances adjust gears when needed, best to use a wall either side of you or something you can stop your self from losing balance some thing sturdy.
When I started I did 10 mins 3 times week now I do 3 times a week for 45-60 mins that was within 2 months.
