    Bought this chain for my new bike after my last one was stolen. It is long enough to secure around lamposts etc..I have even locked two bikes together around a post. The only downside is this lock is quite heavy & a little cumbersome. Small price to pay though, I feel quite happy leaving my new bike locked with this.
