    I am now on my second one of these. The first was returned because one of the popper fasteners broke within two weeks of use. The same thing has happened on the replacement, again only after a few weeks. For a premium priced product, this is unacceptable. I won't be buying again.

    Bought this product (not from this seller) only for fair weather use and to increase my visibility primarily on junctions during the day and the night. The product is very good at slipping over a 25 litre backpack the bag and securing onto it; also good on messenger bag and pannier bag.

    The quality of the material is very good and easy to clean. I feel the white shows up as a good contrast over both my blue and yellow reflective jacket and shows up well on junctions especially as other light colours reflect off it (traffic lights, flashing beacons etc).

    The orange base is a good idea for when I am riding on my bullhorns (or for other cyclists on the drops)or on the pannier bags because the orange underneath shows to other traffic and contrasts very well against the white.

    I found the main downside is that the mesh cover up some of the white and that I have the word 'Hump' down the sides of my back.

    Really impressed with this product.

    It is VERY reflective. Made from 3M material so very good quality. It lies in the corner of my office and actually dazzles people who come in, in daylight.

    It is completely waterproof, which is something that I wasn't sure about before buying as that feature is not highlighted in many ads.

    I was looking for something to help me be seen on my commute along fast, dark country roads, and I think this will be a perfect companion for my lights.

    I recently ordered this Hump Backpack cover (albeit not from this retailer), thinking it would be a good compromise between being visible, but also not looking like a day-glo idiot, since the white & black design actually looks quite cool on the photo.

    Unfortunately, when I received the Hump Cover I found that rather than white, it was actually a dull grey. I had expected to be pretty much blinded by the thing but instead I was shocked at just how little reflectivity it had.

    I even tested it by standing on the side of the road at night, as cars went past to see whether or not it lit up. Verdict: it is reflective, but barely and would hardly make you stand out on the roads at nighttime, let alone in daylight, when it offers no more visibility than a light grey backpack.

    If you want to be seen, don't waste your money on this model - go for the luminous orange or yellow ones instead. They're also cheaper.

    In retrospect, I'd rather look a bit stupid than not be seen at all.

    This is a fantastic product that makes cycling much safer.

    I was looking for something for my partner and had looked at various jackets. However as most of the time he cycles with his bag on they were of limited use because they were mainly covered up. This cover is like the best jacket because it is highly visible and never has anything on top of it.

    It can take a large bag and as an added bonus is waterproof giving you an extra layer of protection for the bag contents in the rain.

    This is a good piece of kit, not only for waterproofing your back pack, but it keeps ignorant car drivers off your back, literally. the reflectiveness of the Hump cover, is fantastic. I use when riding my motorbike, it is a very good safety asset and it can be seen for 100's of yards when the light reflects of of it. It is made of a sturdy material, has a pocket that you can if necessary add another light in to it for extra visibility.

    I would recommend this product to any parent who has children that ride bikes with back packs on, and also for any rider that wants to be seen from a greater distance... *************

    Good product, very bright, good price, good delivery. The picture appears white but the one I got was luminous yellow which was dissappointing becuase I fancied the white one. Anyway, it does what it says on the tin, fixes easily to your backpack, I have a Knox six-pack and it goes round that ok. I was worried that at motorway speeds it would blow off but it stays on really well. Good kit.
