- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 24 August 2010i have a few other body solid items and they all ways exceed expectations so i thought id get these instead of the other ones, they are good but i found a extra piece of foam on the top of my foot helps a lot. once you've got used to hanging upside down they become a addictive activity i've even done dumbbell exercises hanging from them with a combined weight of 120kg. for the spine stretching you need to be able to hang upside down long enough for all your muscles to stop fighting gravity and then your spine stretches out like a vertebrae at a time as the muscles relax or lose energy.
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 4 January 2019Bought these as a gift, slightly large but nothing a pair of thick socks won't rectify. And although, looking at these, they could be passed as some weird Victorian torture device, they are apparently really good.
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 3 February 2013Having a herniated disc isn't fun or cheap! After spending a lot of money on chiros, acupuncture, massasge etc these little bad boys really help to gap the vertebra and ease my pain. These, along with Foundation Training, are really empowering me to heal myself. And it's rather fun hanging upside down for 20 mins!

- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 24 October 2014Great fun, takes a little while getting used to hanging around... ;-)

- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 28 January 2014Solid build but not for the skinny ankled, however easily fixed with a bit of foam. Hanging upside down seems to have helped my lower back problems and it's quite nice when you get used to it.
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 12 February 2019One pair is the 30 pound pair advertised as Body Solid!
One is UK Warrior for 25..
Can you tell the difference?!
The gym gear in the background is actual Body Solid equipment.
Shop around.. these are generic!

5.0 out of 5 stars Ottimo prodotto arrivato in poco tempo.

5.0 out of 5 stars J'adore ce truc !

5.0 out of 5 stars Buenas

1.0 out of 5 stars I would not recommend
Extremely difficult to use. You feel as though you are about to slide out of them.
