About Body Performance
What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition? Sessions are varied in order to avoid disheartening plateaus. We offer nutritional guidance and tailored fitness programs to ensure that clients are properly fueled to lose weight and get toned. We ensure that every participant can get an amazing experience irregardless of their physical conditioning, exercise knowledge or physical limitations.
Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged? We have created a sense of community in the group sessions and we provide accountability by tracking nutrition, workouts, and progress.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business? Inspiration came from the struggles that we faced growing up and dealing with our own body appearance issues.
What do you love most about your job? The smiles and "Thank You's" that we get from our members when they reach goals they never thought were possible. We also love seeing our members at our community events enjoying themselves and celebrating their success surrounded by like minded people.
