2025 TICKET OPTIONS

The 1904 club is an upgraded grounds ticket. Your ticket would have all the access that a grounds ticket has, plus access to the 1904 club. (no additional ticket required) 

Yes – As of Wednesday, June 4th, tickets will be available for purchase onsite at the main admissions gate. (purchase your tickets early and in advance for the best price)*subject to availability. 

Tickets are all inclusive, your tournament golf ticket is your concert ticket and allows you to stay for the concert that night. Concert nights are typically Friday, and Saturday of the tournament. (have yet to be confirmed) 

Kids 12 and under do not require a ticket to enter the grounds. (they would get the same access as a general admission ticket). They just need to identify themselves as being 12 or under on their way in the gate, no ticket required. They would NOT be allowed in hospitality spaces, or other areas such as 1904 Club, Trophy Club or Gallery Fast Pass areas without the appropriate ticket. 

For those between the ages of 13-17, a 15% discount is applied to tickets. Select the “Junior Ticket (13-17 Years)” ticket at a reduced price. (General Admission and 1904 Club areas only) 

Fan Services

Ensure you check for proper spacing and characters when entering in your offer code. 

When purchasing tickets on Ticketmaster, an icon resembling a lock will be shown on the top right-hand side of your purchasing screen. Simply click on the icon and enter your offer code. (discounts only apply to General Admission and 1904 Club areas) {Most offers expire June 1st.} 

If you do not have a mobile device, you can have a physical ticket printed at the ticketing and admissions tent. (during tournament week) Please be sure to bring both your invoice, and personal identification, as well as the credit card you used to purchase.  

Rules and Policies

There are no refunds for tickets. All purchases are final.

No – Just show up to the gates with your ticket ready to be scanned and enjoy the action for the day. 

You can purchase tickets through Ticketmaster for subsequent transfer to whichever individual you choose to gift tickets to. Using the “transfer tickets” function will send required steps and setup for the giftee to accept their tickets and download onto their mobile device. 

By downloading the Golf Canada App in the App Store  or  Google Play store, you can sign in and view all your tickets in one location. Under “More”, select “Ticket Management” and sign in to your account to immediately view and access all your tickets at the tap of a button. 

Login with the email and password you used to purchase your tickets. If you have forgotten your password, simply proceed with the steps to reset your login information. After logging in with the same email, go to “My Account” and view “My Tickets”. All purchases will be held under that tab for mobile download. 

Account Manager and Ticketmaster are not the same, which is the reason why you will not be able to view your tickets in Ticketmaster since you purchased through Golf Canada. You will need to access your mobile tickets through RBC Canadian Open Account Manager Page. Here is the link: https://am.ticketmaster.com/canadianopen/

3. Click the forgot your password (If it doesn’t recognize your e-mail create an account, and it will marry up in our system.) 
4. Once logged in, you will be able to retrieve your tickets to the RBC Canadian Open.

3. Enable forget password or create a new password if prompted 
4. Once you have reset your password and logged in to Ticketmaster, you will be able to transfer your tickets to the RBC Canadian Open. 
5. Afterwards, if you are looking to transfer the tickets to someone else, you can simply select “transfer” and input the individual’s email address. Once you select confirm, the mobile tickets will be transferred over to the individual. Keep in mind that once the recipient receives the mobile tickets, they will become the owner of the ticket and any previous owner will no longer have access to it. 

When you are logged into Account Manager, the barcodes should be visible only on your mobile device. When you arrive at the page with your barcode, you will need to tilt your mobile device into the landscape position. This will then prompt an option prompting “add to wallet.” Click on it, and you should be able to view your mobile tickets in your mobile wallet. 

Turning your mobile device sideways horizontally, you will be able to see the “add to wallet” icon. If you need to turn your portrait orientation off on your phone, you can do so in settings to ensure the screen rotates. 

If you were transferred mobile hospitality tickets, you will need to access them by accepting the invitation email received. If you are unable to access them after accepting them, please use the account manager link: https://am.ticketmaster.com/canadianopen/

Even if you purchased your tickets prior to the show being announced, those tickets will still allow you admission to the concert. (Concerts still to be confirmed)
