Since 2016, we've had a blast every year welcoming church leaders, pastors, and ministers from all over the world for two days of strengthening, sharpening, and equipping. Breakout Sessions
This is where we get into the nitty-gritty: the logistics, resources, and challenges unique to different ministry roles, with overviews for new initiates and culturally relevant topics. Expect a good mix of brand-new content and past favorites back by popular demand. At CLC 2025, we will have over 50+ different breakout options, so there will be something for everyone and every role.
Customize your own breakout path or follow a suggested track. Can't fit in everything that interests you? No problem—you’ll have access to audio and resources from all the sessions after the conference. Bring your whole team, divide, and conquer.
Ministry Workshops
Attend a pre-conference workshop for an intimate look at how we do ministry at Watermark. You'll get an inside look at the nuts and bolts of our operations and have the opportunity to ask questions, get inspired, and learn from experienced leaders. As co-laborers in Christ on the same journey as you, we're honored to share some of what we’ve learned along the way.
Showcases
Showcases are an opportunity to experience Watermark’s midweek ministries live. Join us as we showcase The Porch (young adults), Re:generation (care and recovery), Re|engage (marriage enrichment), Merge (pre-marriage), and many more! Get an inside look at the preparation and execution of these ministries in action.

View All FAQsIf you’re asking that question, it’s probably for you. Everyone on Watermark staff is expected to act like an owner and leader, regardless of their role. Similarly, we believe that anyone who feels a weight of responsibility in their local church or ministry is a leader and should be seen, strengthened, and celebrated.
“Church leaders” don't just serve in traditional ministry roles like pastor, elder, or worship leader. The faithful servants in IT, operations, HR, media, communications, and administration are doing critical Kingdom work. That’s why the key principles shared at CLC are intentionally relevant to all church staff positions.
And because the church is not one-size-fits-all, this conference isn’t, either. God works in both large and small congregations in unique ways, and our goal is to be relevant and helpful to you whether your weekly attendance is 50 or 50,000.

We aim to provide attendees with a behind-the-scenes look at how our church functions by giving them access to the people who are directly involved in its operations. While you may occasionally hear from an outside speaker or two, it's only because we believe their insights will be valuable to you.
While we love kiddos, childcare is not available during the conference.
Nursing infants 6 months and under are allowed at this event, but we kindly ask parents be mindful of noise as we record audio of all main stage and breakout sessions. There will be nursing and pumping rooms available for mothers.
Children 16 and older are allowed to attend with the purchase of a ticket.
Watermark is a local expression of the Body of Christ that meets in Dallas, Texas. But “church” is not a building – it’s a people. Every weekend, we encourage the thousands of people who worship with us to go and be the church in their homes and communities.
What began as a core of eight families in 1999 has grown into thousands gathering at our weekend services and midweek ministries. Many of these ministries are volunteer-led, including: The Porch (young adults), Re|engage (marriage enrichment), Re:generation (recovery), and Re:gen for Students (student recovery).
Yes! Just let us know when prompted as you register that you require ASL interpreting. ASL will be provided for all mainstage sessions and select conference breakouts. However, it will not be available for pre-conference workshops. We're so excited to have you join us!
