Kh36: Are you saying that because the Lawmakers have "won" at the Supreme Court, that gives them the liberty to now become tyrannical? The kind of gangsterism and lawlessness that some of you encourage in this Country, is beyond belief! Absolute Power, Corrupts Absolutely. Have these Lawmakers suddenly become "gods", just because our Judiciary is extremely Corrupt and a party to Lawlessness? It was formerly "Supreme Court Governor, Now we have Supreme Court House of Assembly! if we talk now, some spineless people will run to their MOD-friends to ban us but they cannot engage in a healthy discussion. Judgement has been pronounced in their Favor, the Governor has magnanimously accepted the miscarriage of Justice, for the sake of Peace and Progress of his State and Indigene, what else is he suppose to do? Come crawling on all fours, from Government House to the Private residence of these lawless Lawmakers? Why is the President always subtly attacking Fubara, instead of chastising his defecting lawmakers, thereby embolden them to misbehave? Is there no one in this Country that can give the President "Candid Advise" anymore? Is it out of fear or out of Hypocrisy? If you love PBAT the way l love him, then you will tell him the Truth, instead of just hailing him and encouraging more Lawlessness in the Country he governs. Is it too much for the President to make it clear as daylight to these WIke group of Lawmakers, that "Look, you have been re-instated, now it is time to act with decorum and stop threatening the Governor with Impeachment? Why cant he take that Threat tot he Governor, off the Table, as a father to the whole Nation or does anyone think for a minute, that these Lawmakers who have Publicly defected, sworn a Legal Affidavit to that effect and said so on Camera, can still reclaim their Seats, as per what is written in the Nigerian Constitution and decided cases (Precedents in our Highest Courts), if not for the influence of the President? All these rascality is not helping our Democracy, let us not use our hands to create another IPOB-like Problem for ourselves. Nigerians are not Fools. As for Wike, That whom God cannot bend, He has not Created. |

I stumbled on this thread yesterday as I tried to dismantle the same Kamisafe rechargeable fan. However after a few mins of fooling around I figured out how to do it from the bottom. If anyone else is having challenges, I can post images of the bottom. However my fan had a bad motor cable causing the fan motor to remain idle no matter the speed selection. I'm on the repair stage. |

THE DAILY FOUNTAIN DAILY DEVOTIONAL OF THE CHURCH OF NIGERIA (ANGLICAN COMMUNION) DATE: THURSDAY, MARCH 13, 2025 TOPIC: THE BELIEVER AND PERSECUTION READ: MATTHEW 5:10-12 (NKJV) 5:10. Blessed are those who are persecuted for righteousness' sake, For theirs is the kingdom of heaven. 5:11. "Blessed are you when they revile and persecute you, and say all kinds of evil against you falsely for My sake. 5:12. "Rejoice and be exceedingly glad, for great [is] your reward in heaven, for so they persecuted the prophets who were before you. THE MESSAGE: Persecution for the believer is part of the Christian race. It involves hardship or suffering on account of professing or living the Christian life. But this type of suffering is not because of zeal without knowledge, or careless and sinful lifestyles. Christians should therefore not feel embarrassed or hurt when they suffer persecution. Persecution is painful, but the comfort is that the Bible says, “Such are blessed” (verses 11-12). Jesus Christ our Lord and the godly men of old; like Jeremiah, Stephen, John, Paul, etc., experienced different kinds of persecution. Some, like Stephen, even lost their lives, which was not in vain, because he made heaven (Acts 7:54-60). Persecution is also an experience we cannot avoid, Jesus said, “If they persecuted me, they will persecute you” (John 15:20). Brethren, if persecution is not an elective course for believers, then must rejoice and be exceedingly glad (Matthew 5:12); endure persecution (1 Corinthians 4:12); bless those who persecute you (Romans 12:14), pray always (1 Thessalonians 5:17), always attend Christian fellowships (Hebrews 10:25), etc. Persecution though painful, cannot dislodge us from the love of God in Christ Jesus, if we have the right attitude and lifestyle. Again, the Holy Spirit is always available to help and comfort us in all situations. Let us therefore look unto Jesus for victory and eternal reward. PRAYER: Father; please help me to overcome every persecution that may come my way. Amen! |

Good evening, well-meaning Nigerians; I am typing this post amidst severe pain and serious hunger. With the current hardship in our dear country, how will a poor but hardworking person like me survive? I am confused and in trauma. I am 30 years old and an O.LEVEL holder. I had a car accident five weeks ago and got bedridden as a result of a broken leg that I suffered in the accident. The car accident threw me into trauma and hunger, as I am unable to go out to hustle for my daily bread as I used to do before. As I am typing this, I have yet to eat food since morning because I am totally broke now. I spent the last #60,000 I have on me on medication. I am in Lagos, but my parents are far back in Kwara State, Ilorin, my hometown. I am thinking of relocating back home to get better treatment, but the issue is I still do not have the transportation fare. Please, daddies, mummies, and my brothers and sisters on Nairaland forum, please help me; hunger is doing a very deadly work in my body. I live at No. 26, Araromi Street, Eleko Town, Ibeju-Lekki, Lagos State. If you live close to me and want to visit me, my phone number is 0913 531 0933 and that's my address. Please help me. Below are my bank details; please have mercy on me. Bank: OPay Account Number: 913 531 0933 Name: Babatunde Sikiru Yisa May God bless you more and grant you all your heart desires as you help me. May God turn our situation in Nigeria from its current state to a better state that will bring joy, happiness, and riches to you, me, and all Nigerians. Ameen
