The One Direction boys are back and it looks like they aren't quite themselves.
"Best Song Ever" premiered Monday on VEVO, featuring the English-Irish pop boy band transformed into an ensemble of quirky characters. Check out the video above to see each boy's alternate persona.
Hype for the music video was built up with a new teaser being released every day for the six days leading up to the premiere. Each sneak peek introduced one of the characters being played by the boys.
This is the first single off the boy band's third album, and is also the song featured for their movie, This Is Us, which hits theaters August 30.
