    Amazing performance and really quiet!
I bought this straight from the factory. I upgraded from the AMD PowerColor Radeon HD 6970 I upgraded the rest of my system before buying this. It's paired with an AMD Ryzen 7 2700X, together they make one amazing gaming PC. I am impressed with the Ray-tracing technology I got Anthem, Metro Exodus, and Battlefield V for buying this card. The Ray-tracing adds so much depth to the graphics and it does it so fast. The pump is silent, I see that someone giving a review has a loud one, that's not the case with mine. The hottest temperature I have reached was 45 C in a 5 minute stress test by msi kombuster, I got Tom Clancy's division 2 with my CPU, you can really see the difference between a Ray-traced game one that doesn't support Ray-tracing. Ray-tracing adds more realism and depth to a game and it's amazing. This costs almost as much as the rest of my computer, but it was worth it. If you are looking for an amazing gaming experience and really good cooling this is the card for you. Make sure to get a g-sync monitor, I can't afford one, so I am experiencing a big loss in color variety and speed. I'm using a Roku TV until I can afford a monitor.

For the price I bought this for, it was a steal! Everything works great but under load there is a low hum coming from the card. I don't know if it's the pump or something else but it's noticable inside a closed nzxt 510i case.

I am writing this review due to the number of reviews here complaining about pump hum or other noise. As I can only report upon my own specific experience with one example, I can easily say that the noise from the pump is present, but I had to put my head practically inside my case to hear it with my fans and hard drives making their own noise.

I was hesitant at first to buy this card and honestly wouldn't have if it weren't for the monthly payment options offered by Amazon because of the reviews alone stating a low hum from the pump. However, with initial testing and benchmarking, this is a stellar piece of hardware that will be a part of my build indefinitely. At Idle on chrome, it utilizes 0-1% and playing Modern Warfare at ultra settings on 1080p (next purchase is 1440p 144hz monitors) it runs at around 8% in-game.

It may be too late for this review to persuade anyone as this product has been around for a while now, but the GPU works as advertised, all my games (Fallout 4, Tomb Raider, Metro Exodus etc.) are running smoother (and at high sustained FPS) than ever on ultra quality @ 2560x1440
The gpu never gets too hot, and the water cooling aspect was easy to install. The GPU fits on the MOBO easily and I haven't noticed any sag after a few months
The clock rates are as advertised
This is a good GPU if you can get it on sale, but it would be have to be pretty significant as the 2080super exists at a comparable price, and would probably suit most people better (as of 12/13/2019)

The card performs as expected with one major flaw. The old generation Asetek pump they used makes a horrible buzzing noise that is absolutely unbearable. It sounds like a cheap aquarium pump. It is not air bubbles, it is the impeller that sounds misaligned. Many people are reporting the issue on the EVGA forums. Some are getting replacements with even worse noise. Would absolutely love this card if it wasn't for the horrible noise. It is 10x louder then the rest of my system combined.
